Return Policy

You may return your order up to 14 days after receiving the package.

If you live in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Spain, you can request a return and refund by clicking here.

This link will give you access to our return platform where you can download your prepaid label to return your purchase to us.

The shipping costs for return packages are always the responsibility of the customer: they will therefore be deducted from your refund.

For all other countries, please send your return and refund request to eshop@suziewinkle.com, and we will inform you of the procedure to follow to return your order.

Refund

Refunds will be issued within 15 days after your return is processed and after the items are verified to be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return, especially if the returned products are damaged or show signs of use.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for purchases made on our e-shop. We invite you to make a return and place a new order.

Each season is a current story, nourished by the designer's interests in music, cinema, design, and icons of past decades. All pieces are designed in Paris and carefully manufactured in European workshops, with a sustainable approach.
